Processing & Dispatch Times
Processing orders quickly is important to us, and something we’re well known for. Most days we’re able to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm (AWST) on the same day, however during major sale events or new collection launches, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your shipping confirmation email.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days, please contact us via hello@brawpaperco.com and we'll be able to assist further.
Deliveries are sent during business hours - Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping within Australia
FREE Express shipping for all orders over $89
FREE Standard shipping for all orders over $59
$8.50 flat rate Standard shipping for all other orders under $59
All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. Deliveries to major cities should arrive within 3 business days. Please note 'Authority to Leave' at checkout if you wish to have your parcel left at your door, and add a note detailing where the parcel is to be left, otherwise your order will be taken to your local post office for safe keeping. Please note that by doing so, Braw Paper Co. and Australia Post are not liable for any missing parcels.
Will I be charged shipping if I use a discount code?
If using a Discount Code brings your order total below our free shipping threshold then yes, standard shipping charges will apply.
Orders Returned to Sender
If your parcel happens to return to Braw Paper Co. due to failure to collect from a drop-off location, you will be notified to pay a re-shipping fee if you would still like your order re-sent to you. Should you not want the order re-sent, you will be refunded less the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. We try to offer competitive shipping rates, which is quite costly for us, so we appreciate your understanding that we are unable to re-ship orders at our expense.
